现任国家重点领域研发计划总体专家、科技部国家科技规划总体专家、中国宇航学会卫星应用专业委员会委员、中国通信学会卫星通信委员会委员、国防科工规划组专家、中国星网创新工作站领域专家、IEEE高级会员、中国通信学会高级会员、亚太人工智能学会高级会员。从事无线宽带通信与信号处理等专业研究30多年,具有丰富的理论和工程实践经验。

主持过99X/81X/ 93X等国家重大工程项目,以及国家重点领域研发计划、863计划数字通信网芯片研发、国家科技部软件无线电科技攻关计划、工业与信息化部物联网专项、教育部产学研宽带无线网项目、及广东省重大创新、战略性新兴产业发展专项基金等三十多项项目。相关软件无线电、卫星通信、数字集群、北斗导航定位等研究成果在“十一五”、“十二五”和“十三五”在信息化装备型号中成功应用。获广东省科技进步一等奖、中国卫星导航定位创新应用金奖/铜奖、亚运会信通讯工作贡献奖、中轻联科技进步奖等。合作出版专著一部,在IEEE等SCI/EI期刊会议等发表论文数百篇,发明专利授权34件,软件著作登记4项。
